Zannalyn Robest, PMP® has over 15 years’ advisory, policy/project management experience. She specializes in breathing life into policy through project management. She is passionate about shifting policy and practice that no longer serve intended goals and is skilled in continuous improvement and risk management. Previously, Zannalyn scaled a trauma informed workforce development and mental health project securing multi-year funding to the tune of 6.4M. Zannalyn shares her insights into wellness/mental health, workforce development and risk awareness through various speaking engagements.
Zannalyn was tapped to lead change management and policy development, impacting over 10,000 City staff as a Senior Change Management Consultant. In her role as chair of the City of Toronto’s Corporate Black Staff Network, she has advanced DEI strategy with a goal to move the city along the continuum to CABR maturity through engagement of senior leaders. She holds a degree in Political Science; a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communications and PR and is Project Management certified.
Zannalyn is a Black woman of Caribbean descent who brings her lived and work expertise toward the goal of destigmatizing mental health.
